Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 1 kg
- Carrots - 400 g
- Onion - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 300 g
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Hot red pepper - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly slice all the vegetables.
Mix all the ingredients for the salad and season to taste.
Leave the blank for 1-2 hours.
Place tightly in clean, dry jars and sterilize them for 15 minutes.
Roll up the salad for the winter.
