Greetings to all lovers of spicy goodies! Today I will share with you a recipe for adjika from plums, tomatoes and peppers. This spicy sauce with a pleasant sweetness and sharpness is ideal for meat dishes, potatoes and grilled vegetables. Enjoy the taste of summer at any time of the year!
Ingredients
- Plums - 2 kg
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Hot red pepper - 100 g
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Salt - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Garlic - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel tomatoes, plums and both kinds of peppers. Put it through a meat grinder.
Bring to a boil and cook the adjika for 45 minutes on low heat.
Add salt, sugar, chopped cilantro and garlic.
Boil for another 10 minutes and roll into sterile jars.
