Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 1.5 kg
- Brown Sugar - 1 kg
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the peeled pumpkin in a blender, add sugar and spices, and put it on the stove.
Bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes on low heat.
Add lemon juice, arrange the jam in jars and sterilize them in a saucepan for another 15 minutes, and then roll up.
