In recent years, I have been experimenting more and more with making jams from non-banal ingredients. Here is a pumpkin version that will leave you and your loved ones in complete delight. I strongly advise you to add your favorite spices, like cinnamon or cloves.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin - 1.5 kg
  • Brown Sugar - 1 kg
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the peeled pumpkin in a blender, add sugar and spices, and put it on the stove.

Bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes on low heat.

Add lemon juice, arrange the jam in jars and sterilize them in a saucepan for another 15 minutes, and then roll up.
