Ingredients
- Chanterelles - 1.5 kg
- Salt - 3 art.l.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Water - 1 l
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - 6 peas
- Vinegar - 3 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the chanterelles and boil in water with a spoonful of salt for about 20 minutes.
Put them in a colander and rinse.
Boil a liter of water with all the remaining ingredients.
Put the chanterelles in the marinade, bring to a boil again and boil for about 25 minutes on low heat.
Pour in the vinegar, boil for another 2 minutes and roll the chanterelles into sterile jars.
