Ingredients
- Chanterelles - 1 kg
- Water - 800 ml
- Carnation - 2 bud
- Allspice - 4 peas
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Dill - 1 umbrella
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the chanterelles, boil them for 15 minutes in boiling water and throw them into a colander.
Pour 800 ml of pure water and add all the other ingredients except vinegar.
Bring to a boil and boil the chanterelles for another 10-15 minutes.
Pour vinegar, mix and roll chanterelles into sterile jars.
