Ingredients
- Cherry Plum (red) – 2 kg
- Sugar - 1.5 kg
- Water - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the cherry plum, cut in half, cover with sugar and leave for an hour.
Pour in water, bring to a boil and boil until soft for 30-40 minutes.
If desired, whisk the jam with a blender.
Boil it for another 10 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
