Ingredients
- Tomatoes (small) – 600 g
- Grapes (isabella) – 300 g
- Water - 500 ml
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1.5 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Grape leaves - 1-2 pieces
- Allspice - 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp.
- Carnation - 2 bud
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put tomatoes, grapes, grape leaves, garlic and all spices in a sterile jar.
Pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes under the lid.
Drain this water and bring it to a boil again with sugar and salt. Add vinegar.
Pour the marinade into a jar and roll it up.
