Ingredients
- Nectarine - 700 g
- Brown Sugar - 120 g
- Cinnamon - 2 sticks
- Orange peel - 1 tsp.
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut nectarines into slices, add sugar, zest and cinnamon, and fill with water.
Bring the compote to a boil and turn down the heat.
Cook the compote for 15 minutes on low heat.
