Ingredients
- Chicken - 500 g
- Processed cheese - 200 g
- Potatoes - 400 g
- Onion - 100 g
- Carrots - 180 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the chicken with water and boil for 30 minutes after boiling. Take out the meat.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, chop the onion and grate the carrots. Separately chop the chicken and melted cheese.
Add the potatoes to the boiling broth and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Fry the onion and carrot in butter, add to the soup and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
After that, add the chicken, and after 3-4 minutes – melted cheese.
Cook the soup until the cheese is completely melted.
