A good way to give a hodgepodge a more interesting and bright taste is to add cucumber pickle to it. It will appeal to all lovers of savory and salty first courses. Oddly enough, such a hodgepodge is still perfectly combined with sour cream when served.
Ingredients
- Smoked Meat - 300 g
- Sausages - 200 g
- Raw smoked sausage - 200 g
- Bacon - 150 g
- Ham - 150 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Cucumber pickle - 150 ml
- Tomato paste - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop all the ingredients.
Fry the bacon, onion and carrot in the "Frying" mode for 10 minutes.
Add tomato, cucumbers and brine, and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add all the other ingredients, fill the hodgepodge with water and cook for 45-50 minutes in the "Soup" mode.
