Scald the nettle leaves with boiling water twice and chop them arbitrarily.

Heat the honey, add nettles to it and boil the jam for 2-3 minutes.

Add lemon juice and boil for another 2 minutes.

Put the jam in a sterile jar and store in the refrigerator.
