Ingredients
- Plums - 800 g
- Apricots - 800 g
- Sugar - 800 g
- Vanilla sugar - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the plums and apricots, and randomly slice the fruit.
Cover with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring to a boil and cook the jam for half an hour on low heat.
Add vanilla sugar towards the end.
Put the jam in clean, dry jars.
