Ingredients
- Plums (immature) – 1 kg
- Water - 120 ml
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the seeds from the plum and pass the fruits through a meat grinder.
Add water and sugar, and bring the mass to a boil.
Boil the jam for half an hour on low heat and add cinnamon.
Boil it for another 10 minutes and roll it into sterilized jars.
