Ingredients
- Watermelon - 2.5 kg
- Honey - 150 g
- Garlic - 12 teeth
- Salt - 90 g
- Vinegar - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the watermelon into small pieces and put it in sterile jars in layers, alternating with garlic.
Fill the jars with boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 15 minutes.
Drain this water, add honey, salt and vinegar, and bring the marinade to a boil.
Pour the watermelons and additionally sterilize the jars for 15 minutes in a saucepan with water. Roll up.
