All fans of non-banal, but affordable blanks will definitely like this recipe. Jam made from apples and chokeberry turns out to be moderately sweet, moderately sour, slightly tart – very original and multifaceted. Try it on occasion!

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the blackberries for 3-4 minutes in boiling water and put them in a colander.

Peel and finely chop the apples.

Add blackberries, water and sugar to them, and bring everything to a boil.

Add spices and cook the jam for 20 minutes on low heat.

If desired, grind it through a sieve. Then boil for another 10 minutes after that.

Roll the blank into sterile jars.
