Cabbage and tomato pickle with bell pepper for winter

In order not to buy semi-finished products in the store, prepare them yourself in the summer. I offer an excellent recipe for cabbage and tomatoes with Bulgarian pepper. Add it to the finished broth or serve it on the table as a vegetable salad.
Ingredients
- Cabbage - 1,5 kg
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Carrots - 500 g
- Onion - 300 g
- Vinegar - 120 ml
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Black Pepper - 6 peas
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, cabbage, peeled onions and bell peppers.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Fry onions and carrots in oil for 5-7 minutes.
Add tomatoes, black pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add cabbage, bell pepper, water and salt. Cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, mix and close in clean, dry jars.
