- Chokeberry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 300 ml
- Orange peel - 1 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rowan berries for 2-3 minutes in boiling water and put them in a colander.
Boil 300 ml of water with sugar, boil until dissolved and put the rowan.
Bring to a boil again and add the zest.
Cook the jam for 30 minutes on low heat and roll it into sterile jars.
