Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the apricots, remove the seeds and arrange them in jars.
Then spread out the orange slices.
Pour boiling water, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, add sugar and boil again.
Add a little rosemary to the jars and pour the syrup.
Roll up the compote.
