Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the cherry, remove the stalks, rinse and discard on a sieve.
Slice the lemon into slices, rinse the mint and dry it slightly.
Put the cherries, lemon and mint in a pre-sterilized jar.
Boil the purified water, pour it into a jar with cherries up to the neck, cover with a lid and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. After that, repeat the procedure again.
For the third time, drain the liquid from the jar into a saucepan, add sugar and boil the compote again for a few minutes, then remove from the heat and pour hot into the jar.
Roll up the compote with a lid, turn it over, wrap it up and leave to cool for 24 hours. Transfer the cooled cherry mojito with mint to a cool dark place for storage.
