Ingredients
- Nectarine - 4 kg
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the bones from the nectarines and pass the fruit through a meat grinder.
Bring the mass to a boil and rub through a sieve.
Add water and boil again.
Pour the juice into clean jars and sterilize them in a pot of boiling water for 15 minutes. Roll up.
