Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cabbage, leave the upper leaves (we will need them later).
Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips or grate them on a grater for Korean carrots.
Peel the apples from the skin and cores, cut into thin strips.
Combine cabbage, carrots and apples in a bowl, add coriander and both types of peppers. Mix everything well.
For the marinade, boil water, add salt and juice of 1 lemon, stir until the salt dissolves and remove the marinade from the heat.
Pour the hot marinade into a bowl with cabbage, mix well.
Fill the pre-sterilized jars with cabbage mass, lightly tamping, cover the vegetables with cabbage leaves on top.
Roll up the cans of cabbage, cool them and send them for storage in a cool dark place (or better in the refrigerator).
