I love to roll vegetable salads for the winter, because this is a limitless space for experiments. You can safely combine any ingredients to your taste, experiment with slicing and laying out. Today I propose this recipe with tomatoes and cauliflower.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Cauliflower - 500 g
- String beans - 200 g
- Carrots - 300 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Dill - 2 umbrella
- Mustard Seeds - 1 art.l.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Water - 1 l
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the cauliflower inflorescences and string beans for 3-4 minutes in boiling water.
Randomly slice carrots and tomatoes.
Put dill, garlic, pepper, chopped herbs and all vegetables in sterile jars.
Pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes under the lids.
Drain the water, boil again, pour the vegetables again and leave for another 10 minutes.
Drain the water again, add sugar, salt and vinegar, boil, pour over the salad and roll up.
