- Cabbage - 2 kg
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Tomatoes (medium) – 3 pieces
- Carrots - 400 g
- Onion - 200 g
- Garlic - 50 g
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Apple cider vinegar - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 120 ml
- Salt - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare and chop the vegetables.
Mix cabbage, onion, carrot, bay leaf, salt and mash well with your hands.
Add tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic, oil and mix again.
Arrange the salad in jars and sterilize for 15 minutes.
Add a little vinegar to each jar and roll it up.
