Cabbage and tomato pickle in winter will become one of the most popular preparations. It can be served to the table as a snack and a hot dish, or it can be used as a semi-finished product for quick preparation of first courses. Very convenient!

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the cabbage. Finely chop the onion and tomatoes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the parsley.

In a cooking pot, combine all the prepared vegetables, add salt, sugar and vegetable oil. Mix well and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes after boiling.

2 minutes before cooking, add vinegar.

Pack the boiling hodgepodge into pre-sterilized jars and immediately roll it up. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them up and leave them to cool completely.
