Sort and clean the honeydew. Boil them for 20 minutes in salted water.

Rinse, drain and mix with salt and spices. You can add garlic and herbs.

Leave the workpiece for a day under pressure at room temperature.

Put the honey mushrooms in clean, dry jars, pour 0.5 tablespoons of vinegar, close and store in a cold place.
