Ingredients

  • Water - 1.5 l
  • Sugar - 1.5-2 glasses
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash and dry the gooseberries. Pierce the berries with a thin needle so that they do not burst.

Cover the gooseberries with sugar and leave for 5-7 minutes.
