- Cucumbers - 2,5 kg
- Onion - 500 g
- Mustard powder - 2 tbsp.l .
- Mustard seeds - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 120 ml
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Sugar - 60 g
- Salt - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cucumbers and peeled onions, mix.
Add salt, sugar, butter and leave for 2 hours.
Drain the resulting liquid into a separate saucepan.
Add mustard powder, mustard seeds and boil for 5 minutes.
Put the chopped vegetables in the prepared jars.
Pour mustard filling, sterilize for 15 minutes and pour vinegar.
