Peach jam has a very delicate taste, but it is very sweet even with a reduced amount of sugar. That's why I prefer to add a little lemon to it. The taste immediately becomes more harmonious and just more interesting.

Randomly chop the pitted peaches, and chop the lemons in a blender with the peel.

Cover everything with sugar and leave for a couple of hours.

Bring the jam to a boil and boil for 20-30 minutes until thick.

If desired, grind with a blender in the process.
