- String beans - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 1,5 kg
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Garlic - half a head
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 120 g
- Salt - 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mince tomatoes and peeled bell peppers.
Mix the resulting mass with sugar, salt, oil and spices. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Prepare the string beans and cut them into small pieces.
Pour the string beans into the boiling mass of vegetables and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Add vinegar, minced garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
Spread the lobio in clean, dry jars, roll it up and turn it upside down.
