Surprisingly simple recipe for exquisite seasoning. Dor Blue sauce is prepared without salt, because the cheese is already very salty. To taste, you can add a little Provencal herbs or garlic. But I prefer not to use additives to preserve the natural flavor of the products.
Ingredients
- Cheese Dor Blue - 150 g
- Cream (33% fat content) – 300 g
- Nutmeg - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cheese into small pieces and place it in a saucepan.
Pour in half the cream and warm it up in a water bath, stirring constantly.
Add the nutmeg, the remaining cream and mix well again.
Warm up for 1-2 minutes, but do not bring to a boil. Serve the Dor Blue sauce warm.
