- Chicken broth - 2 l
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Cauliflower - 0.5 head
- Green peas - 150 g
- String beans - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the carrots into circles and disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences.
Bring the broth to a boil, add carrots and cauliflower.
Boil for 5 minutes on low heat and add the peas and beans.
After another 7-10 minutes, add the spices, boil the soup a little more and remove from the heat.
