One of the most popular and at the same time underestimated mushrooms – oyster mushrooms. For example, they make an excellent salty snack – no worse than champignons or chanterelles, just not so well-known. I tell you how to cook them properly!
Ingredients
- Oyster mushrooms - 1 kg
- Water - 500 ml
- Salt - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 teeth
- Vinegar - 3 art.l.
- Black Pepper - 8 peas
- Allspice - 4 peas
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut oyster mushrooms and boil them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Flip it into a colander.
Boil water with garlic and all spices.
Put the oyster mushrooms in the brine and boil for another 10-15 minutes.
Roll them up in sterile jars.
