You can quickly and easily make jam from pears with slices without sterilization. In order not to boil the fruit in the process, use varieties with hard pulp. In my opinion, a conference and a Chinese pear are best suited.

- Pear - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Lemon juice - 120 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pears into quarters, peel the seeds and cut into slices.
Put the pieces of fruit in a saucepan, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir.
Cover with sugar, cover with a lid and leave for 3-4 hours.
Simmer for 10 minutes and then set aside for a couple of hours.
Put the pan on the fire again, boil the jam for 15 minutes and close it in the prepared jars.
