Ingredients
- Nectarine - 1 kg
- Sugar - 250 g
- Lemon juice - 150 ml
- Water (filtered) – 4 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the nectarines in half and peel the seeds.
Put the fruit in the prepared jars, taking up no more than half.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and put aside for half an hour.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and bring to a boil.
Add lemon juice and remove from heat immediately.
Pour the boiling syrup into jars and roll up.
