- Lingonberries - 2 kg
- Sugar - 1.6 kg
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the lingonberries with sugar and leave overnight.
Bring it to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and let it cool completely.
Boil in the same way twice more.
For the last time, add lemon juice and zest, more sugar if necessary, and roll the hot jam into sterile jars.
