Ingredients
- Mountain Ash - 800 g
- Water - 100 ml
- Sugar - 600 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick the rowan, fill with water and boil for about 15 minutes until soft.
Grind it with a blender, add sugar and bring it to a boil again.
Boil the jam for another 15-20 minutes, stirring, and roll it into sterilized jars.
