Pick currants, add lemon juice, cover with sugar and leave for a couple of hours or overnight.

Send the workpiece in a mold with a lid or under foil to the oven at 180 degrees.

After 20 minutes, reduce the temperature to 150 and cook for another 30 minutes.

Roll the jam into sterile jars.
