Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 3 kg
- Garlic - 50 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 250 ml
- Peppers mixture - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the bell pepper on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cool the vegetables, and then carefully remove the peel, separate the pulp from the seeds and stalks.
Put spices and bell pepper pulp in jars.
Mix oil, salt and finely chopped garlic.
Evenly distribute the fragrant liquid over the jars.
Sterilize the workpiece for 10 minutes.
Add a little vinegar to each jar, roll it up and leave it in a warm place for a day.
