The more different greens you add to the green borscht, the more interesting it becomes. It's not just about the classic sorrel and dill with parsley. I suggest we go further and add some beet tops to the recipe.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the chicken for half an hour, add the sliced potatoes and cook until it is ready.

Chop the onion and celery root, fry for 5 minutes and send it to the broth.

Cut sorrel, beet tops and greens. Add to the green borscht, season, bring it to a boil and remove from heat.

Serve with boiled eggs and herbs.
