This recipe is good because it is prepared literally from improvised ingredients. I often change the composition of such soup taking into account the products that are in the refrigerator. The base is extremely simple – vegetables, mushrooms and processed cheese.

- Champignons - 400 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Celery root - 1 piece
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Cream - 300 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion, garlic and mushrooms, and fry in butter.
Add the rest of the vegetables, cover with water so that it covers them, and cook until they are ready.
Chop the soup in a blender, add cream and bring to a boil.
Add the melted cheese and spices, stir and boil until the cheese dissolves.
