- Strawberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 600 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Go through the strawberries, cut off the tails and fill the berry with sugar.
Leave it for a couple of hours or overnight.
Bring to a boil, boil for 10 minutes and lightly mash the berry.
Boil the jam for another 20-30 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
