Ingredients
- String beans - 2.5 kg
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Dill - 4 umbrella
- Aspirin - 4 pills
- Salt - to taste
- Black Pepper (polka dots) – 4 jokes
- Carnation - 4 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the beans thoroughly and cut off the hard tips.
Boil the pods in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes, until they become softer.
Meanwhile, sterilize the jars in any convenient way. For example, I pour boiling water on them for 10-15 minutes.
Put half a tablet of aspirin at the bottom of each jar.
Put the beans, garlic, dill and spices on top, but do not tamp too hard.
Fill the pods with the broth in which they were cooked, and add another half a tablet.
Roll up the cans with string beans.
