Don't underestimate the turn. If these wonderful berries grow in your country, be sure to prepare them for winter conservation. For example, you can cook a fragrant compote of blackthorn. I share a simple recipe that I use myself.
Ingredients
- Turn - 1 kg
- Sugar - 300 g
- Water (filtered) – 6 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Turn over and rinse thoroughly.
Place the berries in the prepared jars, taking up no more than a third of the volume.
Pour boiling water up to the top and leave to warm up under the lids for half an hour.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and boil for 2 minutes.
Pour the boiling syrup into the jars and roll up.
