Ingredients
- Cabbage - 2-3 kg
- Carrots - 3 pieces
- Bell pepper - 3 pieces
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots and cut the pepper into strips.
Mix everything with salt and leave it under pressure for 3-4 days at room temperature.
Once a day, pierce the cabbage with a wooden skewer to the bottom.
Put it in sterile jars and store it in a cool place.
