In addition to pickled vegetables, I always prepare a couple of jars of pickled plums for the winter. Today I will tell you how to cook a very tasty version with cloves. Plum is generally good because it is combined with a wide variety of spices.
Ingredients
- Plums - 450 g
- Carnation - 3 bud
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Allspice - 2 peas
- Water - 400 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the plums in a clean jar, pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes under the lid.
Drain this water, add the remaining ingredients to it and bring the marinade to a boil again.
Fill the plums and roll them up for the winter.
