Not only champignons and porcini mushrooms can be pickled in jars. And not even just honeydew with chanterelles. For example, such pickled oyster mushrooms definitely deserve special attention. An undisputed favorite in my family, and today I will share with you the recipe.
Ingredients
- Oyster mushrooms - 600 g
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Allspice - 4 peas
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Water - 500 ml
- Vinegar - 30 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Arbitrarily cut oyster mushrooms, pour water and bring to a boil.
Boil the mushrooms for 10 minutes and put them in a colander.
Boil 500 ml of clean water with the remaining ingredients.
Put oyster mushrooms in the marinade and boil for another 5-7 minutes.
Roll them up in sterilized jars.
