Today I will tell you how to cook a delicious lecho of zucchini without vinegar for the winter. This canned delicacy can be used as an independent dish or added to soups, stews or sauces to give an original taste.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry until soft in oil.
Finely chop the remaining vegetables and add them to the same place.
Add tomato, garlic, salt and spices to taste.
Bring the lecho to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Put it in sterile jars and sterilize for another 15 minutes.
Roll up the zucchini lecho for the winter.
