Ingredients
- Plums (yellow) – 1 kg
- Water - 2 l
- Sugar - 300 g
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the plums and put them in sterile jars.
Pour boiling water, leave for a couple of minutes under the lid, drain this water and boil again.
Repeat the previous step completely.
Add sugar and citric acid to boiling water, mix until dissolved and pour the plum again.
Roll up the compote in jars.
