A very unusual, but very tasty solution is to add condensed milk to the jam. Once I tried it for the sake of experiment, and the family were just delighted. It is stored no worse, and does not differ in any way in this storage. This apple jam is especially harmonious.
Ingredients
- Apples - 1 kg
- Condensed milk - 250 g
- Sugar - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples, slice and cover with sugar.
Bring to a boil, boil for 10 minutes and grind with a blender.
Add condensed milk to taste.
Bring to a boil again and cook the jam for another 10 minutes.
Roll it up in sterilized jars.
