Adjika lovers know well that it can be prepared in dozens of different ways. Today I'm sharing my favorite version of the patissons. Very tasty, bright and original vegetable snack for winter!
Ingredients
- Patisson - 4-5 kg
- Chili pepper - 3 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Onion - 1 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Garlic - 1 head
- Sugar - 4 art.l.
- Salt - 5 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 1 glass
- Apple cider vinegar - 50 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Greenery - 2 bundles
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly cut all the vegetables into medium pieces.
Fry the onion in oil until transparent. Fry the carrots and peppers separately.
Peel tomatoes and whisk with a blender with garlic, hot pepper and herbs.
Mix all the ingredients for the adjika together and simmer it for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
Roll up the adjika in sterile jars.
